I have great peace about everything in life at the present point, which feels amazing! I know that God has his hand on EVERYTHING and that everything will work out! I feel and know that God is calling me to make a great sacrifice and I'm willing to obey, even though its not comforting in this moment. But again, I know that he has his hand on EVERYTHING!

Turns out I am going to have to have surgery. But again, I feel great peace about it. Although, not looking forward to it. At least I'll get some cool surgery pics out of it! I'll get to see Human Anatomy as it applies in surgery! YAY! Also going to have to have a full cranial MRI with contrast dye. Now THAT will be cool to look at! I'll get to see my brain...well in a way at least! Neysa will want to see it as well! Thats really gonna be cool!

Been extremely busy between the 16 hours of school, 20 hours of work, and 32 hours of studying! But again, i have peace and know that it will all come to an end quicker that expected. I'm enjoying it though! Love school! Glad that I work for the college! I have like the best job EVER!

And all that leaves me here. With this feeling. That I must live for today like there is no tomorrow! I want to pour EVERYTHING out everyday so that He may renew and fill my cup with more...everyday! IDK if I can even describe the feeling completely. I just feel a sense that it is extremely important right now for me to live like tomorrow will never come. And to Jesus be the glory!

Got a Human Anatomy test in the morning! Gotta jet!

COLLEGE!

So....officially in college...and LOVE it!

Still trying to figure out how to pay for college though! Financial Aid helped a lot this year, but I'm really worried about next year.

I'm trying to find any and all scholarships available. Especially those in and around the baton rouge area. It kinda seems that no one want someone with a GED to be successful in college. Not too many scholarships are offered to anyone with a GED. =( So thats a letdown!

Other than that, everything is great! I'm enjoying college! Love my classes and teachers! Everything is going to be okay! Everything is going to be GREAT! God will work it all out in His time!

I mean...what do you say to catch people up on months of events? It doesnt matter at this point.

I miss Jayden every second i'm not with him! I love that boy so darn much that I dont know what to do without him! I had to get that out there first off!

I find myself trying to work in sleep around work. FYI: going weeks without a day off is neither healthy or wise! Although I have been extremely busy in the last few months, Aug does look like it will be slower! Praise God!

Been contemplating some serious life changes and desicions. But thats all I can say for now.

I'm blessed with great friends! I just still find myself really guarded and that i'm not letting anyone in too close, but I'm working on that!

I miss living in Baton Rouge to a certain degree, but wouldnt change the way things are for anything. I know I'm right where God wants me for now!

I'm excited about SERVOLUTION! I think that everyone should be a part of it!

I'm also excited about 40 Days of Prayer that Children's Cup is doing!

I have to run now! Back to work! Hope all is well. If you get a chance...call the cell!

Guess who's back?

So...i know that its been awhile. A lot of things have happened these last few months. Way too much to even recap it all.

Here are a few highlights:
-I now have a precious nephew named Jayden!
-Still living in St. Francisville.
-Learned a VERY hard lesson...the hard way.
-Officially have my own place as of June 1st.

That will have to suffice until at least tomorrow.
Got work in the morning.

What do you say when all you can say is something that you're not suppose to say? I haven't yet figured out how to express my current emotion. It's somewhere between expectant, excited, and drained. I know that that makes little to no sense at all but, its all I got.

We leave to go to TN next Friday morning and I'm so excited.

Jumping to another note again, I have developed and envisioned a course and a plan of action that I am walking on.

Skye has been such a blessing. We've reached a new level in our friendship and I enjoy every minute of our time together. God has truly blessed me with her!

Thats as much as I can say for now. Everything else must be saved for another day.

Man, I've realized that your so called friends...can really know how to try to hurt you the most. But I'm learning to develop a thick skin and a soft heart. Honestly, I know that Elevate isn't where i'm suppose be. And God has given me great peace about the way things have turned out! I have already began to appreciate those in my life who have proven themselves true and loyal time and again. I really wouldn't be where i am today without those people! God has a purpose, a plan, and a future for me. And I'm ready to grab ahold of it with no holding back. Thank You Lord! Thank You for showing me true love and compassion. Thank You for blessing me with such awesome people that give me a glimps at what unconditional love is. I trust in You. Continue to guide me along Your chosen path. In Jesus Name! AMEN!

So.. Its here! I'm officially moved in to the apartment. And feeling home-sick for St. Francisville already! I have THE BEST ROOMMATE POSSIBLE! =) We are so much alike that it is funny! We really kick things into gear this coming week with classes and interning! I'm super excited! I have a few pics that I will eventually post. (When I have time) And God is already beginning to move in my life. We'll I can't stay. Thank you so much to all who are praying for me and or supporting me! It is truly a Godsend!

It's Almost Here!

There is only like 2 days until orientation for Elevate and i'm SO excited! I've been so busy these last 2 weeks especially. We moved to St. Francisville and and just getting in a somewhat familiar routine. I've also been working every chance i get to save up more money for Elevate. But as of now, i don't have enough money to pay for Elevate so i'm looking into loans. But on top of all that, i'm having a garage sale tomorrow, Saturday, August 11th at the church office in St. Francisville to help raise money also. I'm praying that He will show up big time tomorrow! i'll try to post pictures later! Night!

So..today is the day! We are moving to St Francisville! And of course....we just started packing stuff yeasterday! We have so much more to do and we gotta be out tomorrow. =)

I can't wait for Elevate to start! Only 11 more days! =)

So...I found out who my roomate was the other day and tonight I got an email from her! I really think that this is going to be awesome. I really can't wait for Elevate to start! =) So...only about 16 more days!

So....not much is going on in my life. Spending lots of time with the kids! Which I LOVE and am going to miss! =( Working every chance I can. And feeling like I'm getting NOWHERE in my fundraising efforts. But I know that God will work it out and if that means a loan....than so be it. My mom seems to be doing better. She is back at work, which i never thought would happen! God is amazing! Lyndsey is still herself, but I'm still praying for breakthrough! (Prayers for her would be awesome! Thanks!) Thats pretty much that.

On the other hand, Jon-David is learning more stuff everyday! I can't believe that he is already 8 1/2 months old. Oh, how time flies! I'll get pictures up soon!
